*.opera-mini.net | 20 Nov 2011, 13:18 fuzzface I bought this for my wife to replace two (yes two) faulty Sony-Ericsson K800i mobiles. My wife does not need all of the bells and whistles of the more expensive phones but the specification for a mobile costing less than ?40 is quite remarkable. One little complaint - why not include flash?*.opera-mini.net | 12 Aug 2011, 18:29 The phone is good... But the only problem is that Huawei have quite clearly never heard of this phone before, because I went to their website to check compatibility standards with Memory Cards and Headphones. They all of the phones that they made except for this. So either it is a fake, or Huawei need to catch up on what they have made, and have not made, Is there that you know of the compatibility information with his phone. By the way I am in the UK, and this device is named a VM820 (Virgin Media 820). Thank you.
Thank You for Your information. Alternative name added. *.aztw.cable.virginmedia.com | 10 Aug 2011, 13:46 Hi there
I bought a Huawei G6603 mobile in Papua New Guinea (PNG) from one of the PNG BMobile retail outlets. It worked perfectly well with the PNG BMobile network. I liked the phone very much. It is an excellent product. However, I am now in the Solomon Islands (SI), another country in the Pacific. Solomon Islands is my country. When I first arrived in the Solomon Isalnds from Papua New Guinea I noticed it displayed the a SOS screen with the message, Input NP code. I do not know what the NP code is, so I could not enter the NP code. Alternatively I removed the PNG Bmoble SIM from the phone and replaced it with a SI Bmobile SIM. When I did that the mobile came on but could not connect with the SI Bmobile network. Please advise me as to what I should do. I desperately need the mobile to function so that I could use it with the Bmobile network here in the Solomon Islands. My email address is sichealtp@gmail.com I will patiently await any respond from your end. Many thanks for this lovely product - Huawei G6603.
