I bought it for 180 euro with a cover and a starter for 2 euro, the phone can compete with phones that cost over 250 euro. Games do not lag at all. The display is almost impossible to be scratched and it is nice to move fingers on it, not like in Galaxy Mini. The Internet works well both in 3G and in Wi-Fi, I have a router in my house and it works nicely.
The battery has a long lifespan.
Skype works well and the quality of conversation is really good.
Voice functions work well.
Typing is fast and accurate.
When it comes to making calls, for those that like long conversations the phone may seem a bit too heavy, but for such a big phone, the weight is still rather low.
Speakers are loud and clear, when listening to music in earphones it is worth using the stereo sound function, and the radio only works when earphones are plugged in.
The camera is really good.
Basically, for this price and with all these functions it is worth buying this phone.

With a moderate usage it has a rather long lifespan.
It takes good photos, movies are slightly worse, but basically it is ok, depending and what are you expecting.
Music, the Internet, everything works without any problems. Lately only facebook lags a bit, but maybe this is due to the fact that I have low memory space. And at this moment we must go to disadvantages – it was ok when I was using apps installed in the phone, but after downloading some additional ones it gets a bit too tight.
The display is good, the readability is worse when using it in a sunlight, but his is a TFT, so we cannot expect miracles.
Still, for this price, this is a smartphone worth buying!

Hello. I do not recommend buying this… “smartphone”. I have it for around two years now.

- The phone was getting slower and slower from day to day. A temporary solution was to reinstall the software, but it helped only for around two weeks.
- From time to time there is a “Wi-Fi error” (we cannot close it) and we need to restart the phone.
- Wait… Did I say restart the phone? We do not need to! The phone restarts itself whenever it is in a mood to do so :)
- Apps sometimes do not work. Apparently, they have a bad mood and they can send us back to the main desktop.
+ it has a great speaker. It can be heard while being outside from a distance of several meters.
+ comfortable back panel
+ for such a phone, the battery lasts long (even during an intensive work it lasted for around 13h)
To sum up, if you want to practice throwing your phone at walls, mastering the “f” word and being constantly annoyed with it – this is a perfect phone for you! :)

A great phone for its price shelf. Its disadvantages are definitely the memory (I solved this problem with Link2SD), battery (though for this class of smartphones this is rather normal) and a bad quality of photos. Besides this it is a device nice in usage. I have a comparison with SG Mini2 and SG Note2. For me, Ace is a good comprise between these two (it is light years from SGN2, but this one has many disadvantages as well, which SGA does not have). I think that I did not have any phone for such a long time (now over a year and a half). It is not suitable for gadget-o-maniacs, but for making calls, using utility apps and sometimes browsing the Internet it is perfect.

The only problem with this model is the software. First thing to do when you obtain this phone is to hack it to prevent corporations (like google or telecom) gather data over gprs/3G (with no notification). After you get rid of all preinstalled google and some telekom's programs (like navigation or social), the phone works faster and you have more control over your private data. You can also control your money by not spending it automatically by phone.
Hardware is very good and works well. SAR value is something around 0.6W/kg, so not bad, but could have been better.

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago, the first thing I found was it would not connect to the internet because it was set up for a foreign market. I got that corrected and then found that the phone used up my credit at the rate of about £1 per day even if I did not use my phone, I had to switch off packet data and some of the services to stop it doing this but with packet data switched off it will not connect to the internet so I have to switch it on to use the net. Altogether I am not very impressed with it and will go for something better soon.

Good Phone for the Price.
I have it since more than a year and it is working well, the battery can last long (sort of, it's still a smartphone, but if you are not excessively using it you can use it more than 3 days without charging).
The BIG bad point : those 150 MB of Internal Memory

Some applications can't be installed to the mini SD, so this will be your enemy quickly when you want to add various apps.

I have samsung ace 5839 from about 3yr and it's working fine no connection loss no problem have been appear till these days and 100%f fine and I brouth as a used phone I don't know how can use this phone first time but best smartphone of his time I think.
