I fully agree with the views of ashish kawa. The basic purpose of any mobile is to make and receive a call. So what will you do if you are unable to listen properly. No voice clarity is there during calls even in a peaceful area. The most important and the basic feature is missing.

Its unfortunate Samsung has reduced its reputation this low. I think this is one phone nobody should use his/her hard earned money to purchase.

Hi , lots of issues with this phone;
Video noise, when we shoot a video it plays
With noise, then getting hanged while playing gamed
Sd card trsnsfer issue,etc...
The problems goes on & on.
Not worth buying it.

I subscribe to the opinion of Nilesh. I wonder why such a substandard model is marketed by Samsung? There is no streaming on line both for videos and also for "You tube" downloads. It is always "Trending". Hopefully, both Google and Samsung will consider providing some new updates to overcome this problem at an early.

I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GT-S7562. I think this is a problematic one. It cannot transfer the apps to external micro sd card manufacturer is not saying this in any advertisement and delar also not saying this.
