Today - another part of judicial war between Apple and Samsung. This time - a point for a Korean company! Apple has to publish an apology for the Samsung and declare that it has not copied iPad.

On Wednesday a British court issued a provision requiring the publication of an apology. The judge stated that, contrary to what the Apple's lawyers claim, Samsung had not copied the hit tablet from California, but created their own individual development. The court ordered Apple to publish on its side for half a year, a statement which confirms that the tablets in question are not similar. There is to appear in it a sentence that Samsung by designing a series of Galaxy Tab did not copy the iPad. In addition, a similar statement must appear in some British newspapers - of course at the expense of American company. Ironically, judge Colin Birss said that the Galaxy Tab does "not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design," and remarkably, that "they are not as cool."

On the occasion of a similar process, but in an American court early prototype images of iPad came to light. They form a part of the evidence. You can see in them a tablet with a housing in the style of previous generation MacBooks, without even the "home" button, but having the outline which we know today. What's interesting, the device visible in the photos was created about 10 years ago! This is why the case is much thicker than the current iPad ...
