This is the last year's S7 Active
Starting with the Galaxy S4 Active model from 2013, the US AT&T network is exclusive to distribute the upgraded version of Samsung’s flagships. The same will be with Galaxy S8.
The new model is reported by Sammobile, a relatively reliable source. According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is designated SM-G892A and is already in pre-production phase. The phone is hidden under the Cruiser code name and is said to be waterproof and dustproof, and also in compliance with MIL-STD-810 standard. So far, we do not know the details of the design, but we expect a capacious battery and a screen similar to the standard Galaxy S8. The launch date is also unknown - but given that the predecessor - Galaxy S7 Active debuted in June, we can expect a new model soon.
