Lenovo K5 Play
In addition to the S5 model, Lenovo today presented two new designs from a slightly lower segment: Lenovo K5 and K5 Play.
Lenovo K5 and K5 Play are similar to each other - they have similar displays, looks and sizes, but differ among others with memory, processors or cameras.
One of the common features (except for the appearance of the housing) are IPS screens, with an aspect ratio of 18: 9, a diagonal of 5.7 inches and HD+ resolution. Smartphones also have the same cameras at the front - with an 8-megapixel sensor and lens with an f/2.0 aperture. In both, we also find 3000 mAh batteries, dual band WiFi, microUSB and minijack connectors, and microSD card slots in a hybrid slot with DualSIM. Both models have fingerprint readers.
So many similarities, time for differences. Lenovo K5 received the octa-core MediaTek 6750V / CB processor 1.5 GHz and the Android Nougat system with the ZUI 3.1 lite pad. The smartphone is available in one version only, with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash. The phone weighs 160 g, and the housing measuring 153,8x72,7x7,8 mm is available in three colours. The rear camera has matrices with resolutions of 13 and 5 megapixels and lenses with apertures f/2.0 and f/2.2. This model differs from the "brother" with a version of Bluetooth - it has 4.0. Lenovo K5 is expected to cost 899 yuan - or $ 142.
On the other hand, Lenovo K5 Play has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 MSM8937 1.4 GHz processor and Android Oreo with a ZUI 3.7 interface. This model will be available in two versions - with 2+16 and 3+32 GB memory. The smartphone weighs 155 g and the dimensions of its housing are 153.75x72.6x7.85 mm. The rear camera is equipped with 13+2 Mpx matrices and f/2.2 + f/2.4 lenses. Bluetooth is in version 4.2. K5 Play prices are 699 and 799 yuan, or 111/127 dollars.
