Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium
The Sony group officially announced its flagship - Xperia XZ2 Premium. The phone has received current Sony styling and looks a bit uncommon.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium resembles some of the models presented in February during MWC. It has a rounded Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and a hemmed back, with an unusually mounted photo camera and a fingerprint reader. These elements are almost at the centre of the back panel, which gives the device an unusual appearance. The phone will be offered in two colour versions - black and silver. The housing is dustproof and waterproof, with IP65/68 certification.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium uses a Snapdragon 845 processor, supported by 6 GB of RAM. On the other hand, the internal memory has 64 GB and can be expanded with a 400 GB microSD card. Interacting with Android Oreo enables a 5.8-inch TRILUMINOS HDR display with 4K resolution. The device includes LT18 LTE communication modules, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi and NFC as well as GPS navigation, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo and QZSS, as well as USB-C 3.1 port. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a DSEE HX sound system with Dynamic Vibration System vibrations and stereo speakers and support for PS4 Remote Play, while the power supply provides a 3540 mAh rechargeable battery with stamina mode, intelligent Qnovo Adaptive Charging and QC 3 fast charging and wireless Qi charging.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a single front camera with a 13-megapixel sensor and a f/2.0 lens, while the main rear camera is dual. The main matrix has 19 megapixels and a lens with f/1.8 aperture, while the auxiliary, monochromatic matrix is 12-megapixel and is hidden behind a f/1.6 lens. The camera can work with sensitivities up to ISO 51200 in photography and up to ISO 12800 in video recording mode. Movies can be recorded in resolutions up to 4K, while Super slow motion 960 fps can be recorded in Full HD or HD. The phone measures 158 x 80 x 11.9 mm and weighs 236 g.
