Xiaomi Redmi Y2 received a metal housing and a 5.99-inch HD+ display. The smartphone is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, supported by the Adreno 506 graphics chip. The phone will be available in two memory versions: 3+32 and 4+64 GB, in both cases with the possibility of using a microSD card.
Xiaomi Redmi Y2 is equipped with Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, LTE (without B20) and a dual SIM with separate sockets (without hybrid). The power supply is provided by a 3080 mAh battery, while the security is protected by a fingerprint reader and a face recognition system.
In the photographic part, we have a 16-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 lens at the front and a dual rear camera, with 12+5 Mpx matrices and the main lens f/2.2. The phone weighs 170 g, and the housing with dimensions of 160.73x77,26x8,1 mm will be available in three colours. Prices in India are 9999 or 12999 rupees, or 150 and 194 dollars.
