Storage is too limited, poor picture quality from cameras, downloaded ringtones too quiet, and too much bloatware

I'm upset because my phone is advertised as having 8gb storage, and it does not! I have had the phone only 9 days and have already had to force reset it 3 times because it froze up and would do nothing. Wouldn't even charge. Pictures are blurry and I am extremely disappointed. I feel like your company is falsely advertising and misleading information about the specs of this particular phone. I bought a 8 gb phone so I expected it to be 8 gb. The phone is nothing but a problem!!!

Dear Mary, This phone is advertised as having 8GB of memory and it has 8GB of memory, as any other phone which has stated in specification the memory of 8GB. Every manufacturer gives the whole memory in the specification and all the users shpuld remember that a part of that storage will be automatically taken by the system and basic applications. So you have 8GB, but the system and applications already installed on your phone take probably about 5 to 6 GB. So everything is fine and noone cheats and misleads users. If you want a phone with 8GB of memory for yourself you should buy the phone which has in specification at least 16GB.

I just found my Kyocera Hydro air phone that I lost two days ago my son was shoveling snow has it snowed out yesterday and last night and I found it I just plugged it in and it charged and it's funny I never had a phone like that that's been out for 2 days in the snow covered up and not a darn thing wrong with it I am using it right now to write this thank you

For a cheap but good phone I recommend phone is good I break phones a lot and this one has yet to break and it is waterproof tested that out so I would buy another one and the lady's comment about the storage space she needs to go rent a storage building not talk about this phone because it is a great phone

Actually a very good phone for the price and its drop and water resistant much longer than other phones. Add an SD memory card to save pics and back up sms and calls, etc.
