How to characterize this model shortly? This is an average phone enclosed in a high-end housing. Nokia X6 has a housing based on a metal frame, with front and back finished with glass. The Gorilla Glass 3 front glass hides a 5.8-inch Full HD+ screen, of course with a notch. At the back you will find a decorative logo, a fingerprint reader and a double camera. It has matrices with resolutions of 12 and 5 megapixels and lenses with apertures f/2.0 and f/ 2.2. The 5MP array is monochrome.
The front camera is already single, with 16 Mpx matrix and f/2.0 lens, and besides taking a selfie, it is responsible for protecting the access to the phone via face recognition. Both cameras have, of course, the support of artificial intelligence. The heart of the phone is the Snapdragon 636 processor, to which Nokia offers three memory variants: 4+32 GB, 4+64 GB and 6+64 GB - in all cases with the possibility of expanding with a microSD card. There is a 3060 mAh battery with fast QC3 charging. Nokia X6 debuts with Android 8.1 Oreo on board, but it is known that it will be updated to Android P. Nokia X6 has LTE, DualSIM, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio or dual band Wi-Fi, but - interestingly - the specification does not show NFC.
There will be three colour versions to choose from, and prices are as follows:
- 4+32 GB - 1299 yuan, 205 USD
- 4+64 GB - 1449 yuan, 228 USD
- 6+64 GB - 1699 yuan, 268 USD
