Actually, just a few days before the launch, we knew all the data and the appearance of both models - but it's time to verify the information with the manufacturer's data - and announce the official launch of both models.
OnePlus 7 Pro of course takes the lead in this pair – it’s more interesting and better equipped, but also more expensive. The price depends on the storage capacity - the 6+128 GB variant costs 719 euro and is only available in Mirror Gray, and 8+256 GB is priced at 759 euro and offered in the colours Mirror Gray, Almond and Nebula Blue. The top variant costs 829 euro and will appear with a memory of 12+256 GB and only in the Nebula Blue version.
OnePlus 7 Pro has a 6.67-inch FluidAMOLED screen with a resolution of 3120x1440 px, 516 ppi density and 90 Hz refresh rate - with a fingerprint reader hidden under the display panel and support for HDR10+. The heart of the phone is the Snapdragon 855 processor with Adreno 640 graphics and liquid cooling, while the range of communication interfaces, besides LTE, also includes NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi and GPS navigation, Glonass, Beidou and Galileo. The phone received stereo speakers and a gyroscope, but unfortunately there are no minijack or microSD sockets.
OnePlus 7 Pro has a 16-megapixel, retractable Sony IMX471 f/2.0 camera for selfies and a triple rear camera. The 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with optical stabilization and f/1.6 lens supports a 16-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens with aperture f/2.2 and a field of view of 117 degrees. Their operation is supplemented by an 8-megapixel camera with a f/2.4 telephoto lens giving a 3x lossless zoom. The main camera records movies up to 4K 60 fps and slow-motion FHD 240 fps or HD 480 fps, while the front camera - Full HD 30 fps. Power supply is provided by a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging WarpCharge 30. The phone measures 162.6x75,9x8.8 mm and weighs 210 g.
OnePlus 7 Pro will also appear in the 5G variant - but of course only on some markets, e.g. in the UK, where it will enter the EE operator's offer.
OnePlus 7 is more modest but also cheaper. It has a smaller, 6.41-inch Full HD+ screen with a droplet notch hiding a 16-megapixel front camera - the same as in the more expensive model. The main matrix of the rear camera is also the same, 48-megapixel, although with a f/1.7 aperture, and the camera is only doubled. The additional matrix is used only for blurring the background.
Fortunately, even in a cheaper model, there is used a top processor, the Snapdragon 855 - but this time the memory is offered in versions 6+128 and 8+256 GB. The battery capacity is 3700 mAh - there is an accelerated 20 W charging. The palette of communication interfaces is the same as in the Pro model. The phone will be available in grey and red - but the latter only in China and India. The prices are 569 and 609 euro.
