Xiaomi CC9 Pro with a 108-megapixel camera, prepared in cooperation with Samsung, debuted in China.
The camera is probably the most interesting element of the new Xiaomi CC9 Pro. It is based on a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX 1/1.33" matrix with f/1.7 lens and Tetracell technology - i.e. combining four neighboring pixels into one super pixel, capturing more light and giving better results in low light. Finally, photos have a resolution of 27 megapixels. Next camera module has 5 Mpx, OIS and telephoto lens, giving lossless zoom 5x, hybrid 10x and digital up to 50x. Their work is supported by a 20-megapixel wide-angle module with a field of view of 117 degrees, and the icing on the cake is 12- megapixel matrix for portrait photos. The set also has a 2-megapixel macro camera from a distance of 1.5 cm. The Xiaomi CC9 Pro camera was at the top of the DxO ranking with a score of 121 points, which was obtained by Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
The rest of Xiaomi CC9 Pro is more ordinary. At the front we have an AMOLED screen with curved edges, having Full HD+ resolution and 19.5: 9 aspect ratio. The screen has an integrated fingerprint reader and a droplet notch for a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Under the screen there is an eight-core Snapdragon 730G processor with Adreno 618 graphics. The processor can be accompanied by 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory - unfortunately without the possibility of using a microSD card.
Fortunately, there are a minijack and NFC, while the phone has a 5260 mAh battery with a quick 30 W charging, which is supposed to fill the battery in just over an hour. There will be three colour versions to choose from, and the prices of Xiaomi CC9 Pro are as follows:
- 6+128 GB - 2799 yuan, 400 USD
- 8+128 GB - 3099 yuan, 443 USD
- 8+256 GB - 3499 yuan, 500 USD
