I live in Nairobi Kenya and own the ALCATEL ONETOUCH HERO DUAL SIM. How can I get a screen replacement and phone service in Kenya? I could not locate any Alcatel stores.

The one touch hero dual sim is the best phone I've yet experienced although mine crashed and the screen no longer functions. I've been looking for assistance locally but bore no fruits, please assist me on how I can revive the phone?
