I have this phone for almost 3 years now and I love it! The most durable phone I had since
2010 or so! Battery still holds a full day when calling and youtubing a bit. In the beginning it was 1.5 to 2 days. Full day heavy browsing - half a day. I listen to music in the shower and as long as the speaker membrane doesn't get wet - it works without any issues. After drying - everything goes back to normal. My phone is falling on the ground on a daily basis and has quite a few scratches and dents - but works completely fine. The tempered glass only broke recently because I dropped a metal box on it. But doesn't even affect the clarity of the screen. There was some issue with the touchscreen in the beginning but Blackview repaired it for me for free (another thing I respect - that they fixed, not replaced it, so 1.it's eco friendly 2 shows they don't gamble with quality of their products).

Apart from the touchscreen that was fixed - sometimes the phone restarts randomly and runs some system check or whatever (all in Chinese - who knows). Happened to me around 5 times since I have it. Other big issue is the usb-c plug, ugh. First - it doesn't have any protection and any dirt will go inside and block it. Once I got soil and leaf litter inside and couldn't remove it. Vacuum cleaner, needles, nothing. I finally managed to get the stuff out. It took a lot of time and nerves though. I can't believe they left something like this open -its like the most common feature in every outdoor device. There is no jack input for the earphones and you have to use the adapter. Also, can't use earphones while the phone is connected to the charger. The usb-c generally got damaged quite fast so I had to change earphones to wireless. Charging is ok somehow. Usb-c cable also has this deeper plug (because of thick cover it is few mm longer so the regular usb-c won't reach). The cable needs to be either original Blackview or just "circumsiced" - I always cut a bit of plastic around it to expose more of the metal part. Also screen could be brighter because sometimes in the sun it's hard to read.

Anyway. I am a huge fan and my next phone will definitely be Blackview as well. I feel this won't happen soon though :)
