Does EC1002 have cast or screen mirroring?

Hi I bought and paid for the cricket ovation through cricket although I do not have service with them no longer I was trying to get my ovation Network unlocked so I can use it on a different network that's already set up but cricket does not want to unlock it for me is there any way to go about unlocking this phone so I can use it and have a phone I would like to thank you in advance for your time and assistance in this matter it is greatly appreciated
