Hi I have a refurbished Huawei EVA-L09 and I am having nothing but drama with it. The guy who did the repairs and then sold me the phone couldn't remember the passcode that was on it so I did a factory reset and now it requires a Google account sign it that was synced to the phone but I have no idea what the account would have been and won't let me sign in to any of my accounts because it requires account that was in phone in order to be able to use it. FRUSTRATING. AS. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

I can't seem to find the chinese language support using Huawei Swype keyboard or the Google Keyboard. The download option also has no Chinese language. It is ironic as the phone is made in China and there is no Chinese language support. Frustrating!!!
