My itel A56 is telling me I don't have enough storage space when I try to upgrade what's app or down applications which are less than 50mb. Meanwhile it had more than 600 mbs in internal storage, what could be the problem and how do I fix it

Yes, the information can be misleading. The installer probably means that you do not have enough RAM to install and run the application. Check the What'sApp requirements.
