Summary. Advantages and disadvantages

LG Q6 is a good, perfected and a reliable phone.

It pleases with its aesthetics, its stylization resembles flagship models and it has a nice camera, a decent interface and a good battery. I have no concerns towards the speed and the stability of work, just like to its communication. The biggest advantage of LG Q6 is its display. It is big, clear and bright…

However I am surprised with the lack of a fingerprint scanner (in this class this is basically a standard) and the notifications LED. I am not pleased with the quality of the single speaker and the low power output on earphones. The high susceptibility of the back to scratches is a disadvantage as well. To sum up, there are more advantages than disadvantages. The question is whether it is enough to convince buyers?

In the medium segment, especially in its higher zone, to which LG Q6 belongs, there is a high competition.

We will find phones with a stronger CPU, a fingerprint scanner or a better (even a dual one) camera. But it will be an offer of smaller, Far East manufactures.

In the “brands” segment there is a lower competition, but the main competition could be… LG G6. It loses its price quickly, but on the other hand LG Q6 can lose its price equally fast, so maybe it is worth waiting a bit?

It is possible that it will be offered by a mobile operator – for definitely less money. Then – provided that you do not care about elements which LG Q6 lacks – you can easily buy this model.
