Why can't the consumer who has the right to, purchase an extra battery??? I do not care that it may remove the so called "waterproof" protection, which water will get in the charging and sim and memory card ports anyway as I performed a thorough examination on this phone...this would be a home only phone as I have a spinal disability...called NUU which has a Florida area code phone number but claim they are in Texas...was given a "bullcrap" talkoff that the phone could not be opened...yes, use a torx or Allen/Hex wrench for the screws on both sides...was also told that phones are mostly designed to work for (2) two years...again another talkoff...I have a Nokia X6 mobile smart phone that must be at lead (10) ten years old and works like new...
So why can I not buy a spare f'n battery???
This phone was purchased new and the battery with brightness reduced to 33%, audio reduced to 50% is after 20 to 30 minutes at 85%...nah,
I don't accept that when the battery is fully charged and is a 4000mah
battery which should last a full day...
Nuu wanted me to send the phone back for a replacement...I don't think so after setting it up and putting my personal info into it...
Why can I not purchase my own replacement battery like other phones including Apple I-Phones I owned???
The Nuu R5001L (R1) is such a great phone...just crappy cooperation from the manufacturer. I wanted to purchase another one and was told cannot purchase by phone...must order online...
I had my identity stolen far to many times in the past and being disabled they obviously are not a disabled friendly company that could make exceptions!!! Online ordering is not safe!!!
