Screen Lock is just one of the forms of mobile security from unauthorized access. Xperia Z has a software flaw that allows relatively easy to bypass the lock. Aret they preparing another update?
I just wrote about the sudden death syndrome, which badly hit the Sony flagship. The manufacturer quickly prepared a software update, but not reported, if a patch prevents major smartphone’s accidents.
It turns out that the sudden switches off without possibility of restarting it, unfortunately, is not the only ailment of that device. It is relatively easy to get around Xperia Z lockscreen and quickly obtain access to mobile’s content. In the video below Scott Reed presents a sequence of actions leading to circumvent security.
It’s just enough to enter on the numeric keypad screen service code *#*#7378423#*#* to by the position of the diagnostic test NFC and pressing home go to the main desktop. While the option of entering the service code is normal, whereas the possibility of a smooth transition from the service menu interface to unlocked phone is no longer normal.

Let’s not demonize. After losing the phone, the thief will probably not have a problem with a bypass of a trivial blockade. Unfortunately, the security vulnerability is a fact, and each owner has the right to expect a remedy.
Each of each manufacturer's flagship model is being closely examined by both users and the competition. Any error, defect, deficiency eventually come to light. It's good for the users. This is an excellent test for the efficiency and concern of the manufacturer. Everybody wins, but by the time of update rather keep your Xperia Z in a safe place.
