We all know Dual-SIM mobiles. Some of us even use them... How about a phone with three cards? Recently, there have appeared two such structures, using MediaTek chips.
Three companies: MediaTek, LG and GooPhone are responsible for the creation of phones supporting three cards. The first one provided the electronics, while the other two have built on this basis affordable smartphones. In both models, the cards work in triple-standby mode, so maintain coverage, but if one of them is in use, the other two are disabled. Each card can support voice and data transfer, the manufacturers also assure that the service of three SIMs is not associated with an increased demand for energy. This is probably due to the fact that both phones are not complex structures.
