Do you remember the part of the Nokia's watch casing, which we showed a few days ago? Now we know more about the structure, which this piece of plastic is to create. I have to admit that Nokia surprised me incredibly!
First Nokia's patent application containing a sketch, which you can see above, leaked to the Internet. The project assumes that smart watch from Finland will have not one, but six screens! They will be mounted around the perimeter of a bracelet, they can be removed from it and - perhaps - to replace the screen with another part. This may be an additional battery or just a decorative element - the possibilities abound. If we decide to have six screens, each will be able to show other information or an application, but there was not excluded the ability to display content such as e-mail on two or three screens.
The sketch looks surprisingly and almost unbelievably - but shortly after it, there was released a video showing the already existing prototype of the Nokia's watch. The device has been given a name "Facet". The device looks very comfortable to wear, and perhaps awkward to use - but I have to admit that the design is very unusual and innovative. Unfortunately, at present it is difficult to judge about its chances of being put into production. I'm also afraid that the price of this watch - bracelet would be a huge...
