Lenovo announces a new model Vibe Z. Although this manufacturer usually uses in its smartphones MediaTek chipsets, this time the phone is powered with Qualcomm. Another distinguishing feature of Vibe Z will also be dedicated covers, like those offered by Samsung and LG.
Vibe Z is a fairly slim (7.9 mm) smartphone equipped with a 5.5-inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution. As I mentioned, the heart of the new model is the processor by Qualcomm - Snapdragon 800, supported by 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 graphics. Vibe Z operates in a Dual-SIM mode and will be offered in two versions: supporting CDMA2000 and GSM networks for China Telecom and the international variation of LTE/GSM. The manufacturer did not disclose the capacity of the battery, but says that Vibe Z boasts an impressive work time: up to 278.5 hours in standby mode. The phone also received a high-end Sony IMX135 camera with 13-megapixel and f/1.8 lens and dual-LED flash. The advantage of the camera is the ability to take pictures in low light with a powerful noise reduction and the option to take up to 20 full frames per second. At the front Vibe Z has a 5-megapixel camera with a wide angle lens. Another interesting thing will also be a series of different coloured covers for this model. They have a window which allows you to preview the notification on the screen, they also were equipped with a trackpad that allows you answer or reject the call without opening the case. Lenovo does not disclose the price of the new model and the date of its international release.
