ZTE recently revealed several new models, but it is already working on another one - this time with a little less standard size. In turn, Huawei is preparing a new incarnation of Ascend P6 with the truly octa-core processor.
ZTE is working on a phablet Nubia Z7. The number in its name can be misleading, because the screen does not reach up to 7 inches. It will be slightly smaller: 6.44 inches. There is, of course FullHD resolution. Additionally - solid Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB clocked at 2.3 GHz supported with 3 GB of RAM and the Adreno 330 GPU is overclocked at 550 MHz as opposed to 450 MHz. An impressive specification is to be completed with 128 GB of storage and a 13-megapixel camera. Everything under control of Android 4.4 KitKat.
Huawei plans to tempt us in the coming months with the new incarnation of its blockbuster. Ascend P6S is based on the new HiSilicon chipset, wherein eight cores are running simultaneously. In addition to the new system, there will be more revelations. P6S is to havea 4.7-inch qHD display, an 8-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The phone is powered with a battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh – therefore it promises to be a rather average shelf, although the octa-core.
When are the lauches? Probably not this year. The surest is presentation at CES, possibly at MWC, ie at the beginning of next year.
