The day before yesterday I wrote about the plans of LG associated with the smaller version of the G2 model. Today, one of the Korean websites writes that LG is preparing also another, this time larger model: LG Gx.
According to data from Korea, Gx is to be the successor to G2, but with a slightly larger, because the 5.5-inch display. The screen resolution remains the same - FullHD - a less favorable will be ppi because it won't change. The Koreans say, moreover, that the new model will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 3140 mAh. It is possible that it will be a battery of an irregular shape, similar to that from G2. New LG Gx is to support LTE-A, it will also receive 2 GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. The announcement on the processor looks a little strange. If the leak proves to be truthful, LG intends to take a step back. The new model is said to have Snapdragon 600 in place of the 800 model, used in G2. It would be a bit odd - but not impossible. Unfortunately, at the moment the only source of information is a not very clear graphics, which can hardly be regarded as a certainty. But I am sure that soon there will be more leaks about Gx, possibly even that at the beginning of the year we will see it at CES or WMC...
