The first details on the smartphone, which is to outshine all of this year's launches have appeared on the network. The model OnePlus One is referred to by the authors as a "perfect" smartphone. Will it really be like this?
Behind the OnePlus brand is Pete Lau, until recently the deputy head of the Chinese company Oppo known for its innovative and unusual designs. Lau says that he will create the perfect smartphone, built on the "passion and innovation" and not for profit. The leitmotif of the new Lau's company is "Never settle"... The company intends to sell its product at a sensational price. Mr. Lau did not give it exactly, but during the AMA at Reddit he mentioned that it should not exceed $ 400. OnePlus One is to have a worldwide distribution and it will come on the market in the second quarter.

Panning of his speeches marketing babble, we can expect a pretty good phone for little money. Lau revealed that the smartphone will hit the market with CyanogenModfirmware, but a user will be able to replace the ROM to another without losing the warranty on hardware.
The phone is to be based on Snapdragon 800 processor, support LTE and the version with 64 GB of memory is - according to the announcement of the head of the company - "to cost as much as 32 GB competitive". Lau also said that the battery is to provide more than a day of phone's work. Unfortunately, everything else is just rumours. We suspect that the "perfect" phone will have a slender, made of metal and glass housing - because how else? There are rumours about the built-in stereo speakers, which just might be true - one of the advertising graphics of OnePlus suggests a close relationship with HTC. And the speakers are the flagship piece of equipment in HTC top models... It's probably not all - graphics can reveal that the Taiwanese company will take care of the development and production of the OnePlus mobile. For a moment I thought even that the whole campaign of OnePlus is associated with the promotion of this year's HTC flagship - but this is pure fantasy. The truth may be a bit more prosaic. I'm afraid that the phone OnePlus will remain a curiosity for geeks, and its appearance will resemble HTC One . And it will be even nicer and more efficient than last year's model...
