Xiaomi officially introduced to the market a new model. The phone - depending on the market - will be offered under the name Hongmi Note or Redmi Note. The subbrand Hongmi most likely will be used in China, and beyond it the phone will appear as Redmi.

Xiaomi will introduce yet cheaper, slightly weaker version of its phablet. It will be almost identical, but it will receive a reduced processor clocked at 1.4 GHz and less RAM - 1 GB.
