The operation made out of more than 7.2 billion dragged on since September last year, because in some Asian markets there have been some problems with the local rules on the protection of competition.

As you can see, these problems have already succeeded in overcoming: Microsoft has announced the final date from which it will own the most important part of Nokia. Americans have placed some limitations. Contrary to initial plans, they have not bought one of Nokia's factories located in Korea, while they plan to manage the Nokia website and its social media only for not more than a year". It's not known what will happen to the brand name itself – it is mentioned of the vocation of the new Microsoft Mobile. The brand Lumia will not be signed with the sign of Nokia, it is to remain only on Asha series phones and smartphones with Android, as well as simple feature - phones. Microsoft acquires more than 30 thousand Nokia's employees, as well as some belonging to Nokia patents. The head of the emerging mobile devices division of Microsoft will be the last president of Nokia, Stephen Elop.
