For a long time now, Samsung has been consistently holding its own template design. After the presentation of each new model, the appearance is one of the most criticized aspects - but soon it could be different. Samsung patented the project of a smartphone with a completely different style than ever before.
The drawings attached to the patent application show us a device with a flat casing with rounded edges. The edges are formed by a curved display, which smoothly moves to the back of the phone. On the edges of the screen you will see icons of the key applications and shortcut keys. The Dutch service Galaxy Club publishing sketches maintains that the graphics are illustrating the appearance of the upcoming phablet Galaxy Note 4, which will probably be unveiled this autumn. If that happened, the new model would ultimately end with the current style of Note. And although I would welcome Note in such a design with joy, I do not suspect Samsung of so much desire for change - especially that a curved display will certainly be more expensive in the production than a traditional one...
