I wonder how many of you are able to answer the question of whether and when the LG company had in the offer a smartphone running Windows? It had – even not one - but does anyone really remember them? Maybe LG will try to refresh our memory, presenting a new model with the tiled system?
Although this is somewhat surprising, the service evleaks.at claims that the Korean company does not intend to give up windows, and on the contrary - this year it will present us a new smartphone based on Windows Phone 8. To prove this thesis we even have a photo of the phone, codenamed UNI8 which hasn't got an official name yet. We see the device with fairly simple lines, but having a corporate differentiator of LG – a narrow frame around the screen. On the screen we can see without any problems the interface of Windows Phone 8.1 and above it - the front camera. In the bottom of the screen there is a curiosity - it seems that the three system buttons are already in the working space of the display - could therefore LG wanted to offer us the ability to modify them as in models on Android?
Unfortunately, the information coming this time from the service Engadget do not sound optimistic. LG representatives denied that the company had intentions to enter this year with a Windows Phone. I notice, however, that a disclaimer applies - which is clearly marked - THIS year...
