Panasonic is not doing too well on the smartphone market. Eluga Series from a few years ago has not conquered the market, and the company is now known only from niche models with high strength. However, this may change: the company will raise the Eluga brand and attack the Indian market.
Information about returning the Eluga brand and the attack on the Indian market appeared in the local media after the announcement on the Panasonic official account on Twitter. Unfortunately, Panasonic has not revealed yet the data of the phone (or phones), which it intends to offer in India. We know only that Eluga will be now promoted with the slogan "Elegance for a new generation", which suggests that this time the manufacturer puts on the attractive appearance of the equipment. In one of the slides it is shown a patch of the new smartphone - but it does not say too much about the design. In the meantime, in the GFXbench benchmark base there appeared the phone Panasonic Eluga U, with a 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 400, 2 GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera, running Android 4.4 KitKat. The Indian branch of Panasonic announced that the launch of the novelty is coming soon - therefore maybe this novelty is Eluga U..?
