Already on August 19 in New York, the HTC company will show its flagship smartphone running Windows Phone 8.1. But this is not a completely new model: the One W8 smartphone is based on the already known, using Android HTC One M8.
Although by that kinship we could have already created the specification and appearance of the phone, only now we have the official confirmation.
HTC One W8 in the first place will go to the offer of the American operator Verizon. At the moment we have no certainty as to the presence of this model in other networks and countries, but we suspect that the emergence of the global variant of this construction is only a matter of time. The phone itself is not surprising, unfortunately. Visually and technically it doesn't differs from well-known M8. It has an identical, 5-inch FullHD display, Qualcomm processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and an unusual, dual camera. We cannot see the significant changes in the appearance of the casing - here the only change may be a new range of colours. At the moment it is still too early to talk about the price and availability of W8 outside of Verizon. We can be sure of only one thing: the flagship Nokias have now a really dangerous competitor.
