We already know that the new Huawei's model will be presented during the IFA in Berlin – on Thursday, September 4 in the afternoon. The company has already started distributing invitations, which confirmed previous leaks: the new model will be equipped with a biometric scanner.
Why such an assumption? Just look at the invitation. It shows a stylized fingerprint and an inscription "Touch" and "Feel". Another confirmation of the presence of the sensor in the model Ascend Mate 7 are new pictures of the phone. Despite placing the phone in a protective case, we can see in them the sensor. The phone images after masking perfectly correspond to those we've seen before. The previously disclosed metal battery cover fits in perfectly in the outline of the case. Thus, we can be sure that the fingerprint sensor went to the back wall, just like in HTC One Max. Let's hope Huawei will not repeat the HTC error and allowed to use the sensor to something more than unlocking the screen.

We know that there will be the sensor. And what are the other pieces of the equipment of Ascend Mate 7? According to the leaks coming from China, the phone is to receive a 6-inch display available in two versions: with a resolution of 2K and FullHD. The heart of Mate 7 will be an octa-core Kirin 920 processor, supported by 2 or 3 GB of RAM (depending on version) and ARM Mali-T624 MP4 graphics. The new Ascend will also feature two cameras: 5-and 13-megapixel.
