After Apple unveiled its SmartWatch and Apple Pay service, Samsung cannot stay behind. The Korean company is already working on its own similar solution.
According to the leaks coming from Korea, Samsung reportedly is working on developing its own concept of a smartwatch equipped with a biometric scanner module and NFC to make mobile payments. According to a high-ranking official at Samsung Electronics, quoted by service Business Korea, the Koreans work in this field with the Synaptics company - dedicated to biometrics - and with PayPal acting on the online payments market. Samsung's system is to operate in 50 countries and for Korea there is planned the local, specific variety. Unfortunately, we do not know when Samsung plans to implement its novelties - experts predict that at the beginning of next year. Maybe during the MWC...?
