The company Haier has unveiled a new smartphone HL-6170T, equipped with a TD-LTE module. The device will be soon offered by China Mobile - and unfortunately only there...
We should not, however, exclude that the Far Eastern manufacturer will offer us soon an international version of this model. It would be nice, we are dealing here with the low-end model, offering the access to LTE for a small (as I suspect) price. Haier HL-6170T got for a start not a very fresh Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, there is no word about a possible update. Maybe it will be, maybe not - who knows? The wallpaper visible in the photo seems to suggest that we should abandon the dream of KitKat... As for the hardware side, we have a 1.2 GHz quad-core Marvell 1920 processor, supported by 512 MB of RAM. The display is also not impressive - it has 4.5 inches and a resolution of 480x854 pixels, we cannot also say much good about the cameras: 2 megapixel rear and VGA at the front are nothing, which is worth a praise. But there are... just as miserable 4 GB built-in memory. While the battery is 1900 mAh, which, with the rest of the specification should not be surprising. Granted, the phone is weak, but still supports LTE. Technical data indicates that it will be very cheap.
