The Google company today officially unveiled new devices from Nexus series. We're speaking about the smartphone Nexus 6 from Motorola and the tablet Nexus 9, produced by HTC. There was also disclosed the name of the next iteration of Android. As expected, it was called Lollipop.
Let's start with the most important thing for us, so a smartphone. We already knew a lot about Google Nexus 6, but it's time to confirm the information. The smartphone resembles Motorola Moto X, but it is larger. It has a 6-inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, which gives a density of 496 ppi.

Nexus 6 is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core 2.7GHz processor with Krait 450 cores and the support of the 3 GB of RAM. Like Moto X, Nexus 6 has no input for the memory card, and a built-in media can store in 32 or 64 GB. The phone also has a 2-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and f / 2.0 lens.

On board you will find the stereo speakers and a battery with a capacity of 3220 mAh, which is already charging after a quarter in Turbo Charging mode will provide 6-hour working of the phone. The phone will be available for pre-order by October 29, while the supply was announced in November. The price will be approx. 570 euro for the 32 GB model and 650 euro for the 64 GB. It will be available two colour options - of course with Android Lollipop.

The same system will also debut in the tablet Nexus 9 produced by HTC. This measuring only 7.9 mm thick device has a screen with a resolution of 2048x1440 pixels and the stereo speakers BoomSound placed along the shorter sides.

The heart of the tablet is Nvidia Tegra K1processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, Kepler DX1 graphics and 2 GB of RAM. The device is also equipped an 8-megapixel camera and a 1.6-megapixel front webcam, and a battery with a capacity of 6700 mAh.

The tablet will be available in a version with 16 or 32 GB memory (no microSD slot) and and optional keyboard magnetically attached. The tablet can be ordered from October 17, the distribution will begin in November. At the moment we do not know the price...
