The launch of Oppo N3 is getting closer, and that means more leaks about this phone. We have already seen a metal housing and a rotatable camera embedded in a plastic imitation of leather. Now it's time for another detail.

It is the fingerprint scanner. According to the pictures disclosed today, it will be mounted on the rear of Oppo N3. If the photo is authentic - what I dare to doubt - we will deal with a typical biometric scanner, no additional features, such as pulse measurement. The scanner will be mounted in a metal, glossy frame and probably will be used to lock the phone with the user's finger. We do not know yet whether the sensor will be linked to some extra features, such as controlling the camera's shutter and protecting files... Oppo N3 is expected to debut at the end of the month - then we'll find out maybe more...
