Micromax unveiled a new smartphone Canvas Selfie. The device – with a purpose clearly defined already in the name - was unveiled in India during the conference with the participation of famous tennis players.
The phone presented Vineet Taneja the head of Micromax in the company of Kristina Mladenovic, Daniela Hantuchova, Sanii Mirza and Ana Ivanovic. The launch was supposed to draw attention to the advantages of the new model, and above all - to the front camera with 13 megapixels. The camera is accompanied by LED flash and beautifying software package - Eye and Face Slimming Enhancement. The rear camera, like the front, also has a 13-megapixel BSI matrix, but a slightly different lens with a smaller field of view. The rest of the specification is also decent. The phone has a 1.7 GHz octa-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. It also has a microSD slot, supports DualSIM, is equipped with an FM radio and all standard communication modules (except LTE). The 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels is covered with Gorilla Glass 3, the battery capacity is 2300 mAh. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
