Samsung will soon be presenting us a lot tablet novelties. In addition to the new series A, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S family will also have new members. The company is preparing the second generation of Tabs S in size 8 and 9.7 inches.
The new models are to receive the designation SM-T710 and SM-T810. The new models will be much slimmer and lighter, they will also get upgraded components. In both cases, we can count on the screen with a 4: 3 ratio and 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution. Both models will have Exynos 5433 processors, supported by 3 GB of RAM, the devices will also get the 32GB of internal memory, of course, expanded to 128 GB with a microSD card. The new Tabs S will work under the supervision of Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, and optionally will be equipped with Cat. 6 LTE modems. The unchanged elements of the equipment will be GPS/Glonass, Wi-Fi and a microUSB slot. Tab S 2 will vary with the battery capacity: the 8-inch model will receive a 3580 mAh, while the 9.7-inch - 5870 mAh. Both devices will, of course, have different dimensions and weight. The 8-inch measures 198,2x134,5x5,4, 260 g and the 9.7-inch: 237,1x168,8x5,4, 407 g.
A mystery is the release date of the new models Tab S. Optimists predict that we will see it at MWC... The sense tells us that there will be a separate event related to tablets, and the presentation at the MWC will go towards mobiles and wearables.
