The British Kazam announces two new smartphones with Windows 8.1. The models Thunder 450W and 450WL are closely related, but have some important differences.
Both new smartphones feature 5-inch displays with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and quad-core processors clocked at 1.2 GHz, supported by 1 GB of RAM. In both models, we find 8 GB of built-in memory, expandable with a 32 GB microSD card. In the list of equipment we also have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB connector and a minijack. Both smartphones have an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel front webcam. Time for differences. Thunder 450W supports two SIM cards, but only on 3G, while the model 450WL is the LTE phone. Thunder 450W also has a smaller battery than its brother connecting to 4G networks - respectively 2200 and 2500 mAh. In the new Thunders there were also used - of course - other processors. 450W uses MSM8212 and the model 450WL - MSM8916. The LTE model is also slightly heavier - 140 to 138 g. Both phones will soon come to the sale, but we do not know their prices. Knowing Kazam policy, they should be quite attractive.
