On the eve of the MWC, during the industry event Mobile Focus Global, we visited the booth of Lenovo. We could see there a new generation of Moto E and premiere tablets TAB 2 A8 and TAB 2 A10.
Motorola Moto E II generation is a budget smartphone that has to compete with the offer of the Far East B-brands. It has a good chance, because at a price of $ 149 it provides an acceptable performance, a solid construction and an interesting styling. Moto E has a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor and a 4.5-inch qHD display with 245 ppi density. The phone occurs in 3G and LTE variant, and its distinguishing feature is the ability to modify the look by changing the band surrounding the housing.

Tablets TAB 2 tempt with the sound system Dolby Atmos, perfectly simulating surround sound. Both have also very decent screens. In the 10-inch model we deal with FullHD resolution, while in the 8-inch we have 1024x600 pixels. Of course, both matrices are made with IPS technology. In tablets there are the 64-bit quad-core MediaTek processors. In the smaller the chip is clocked at 1.3 GHz, and in the bigger - 1.5 GHz.

TAB 2 A8 has a 5-megpiksel camera and 2-megapixel front webcam and in the bigger tablet we have 8 and 5 megapixels. The 8-inch model received a gigabyte of RAM and 8 or 16 GB of FlashROM memory, and the 10-inch model 2 and 16 GB respectively. The devices also differ in the maximum supported capacity of microSD cards - 32 or 64 GB. Obviously there is also a different battery capacity: smaller received 4290 mAh and larger - 7000 mAh. Standby time does not differ significantly and it is 8-10 hours. Interestingly, TAB 2 A10 debuts with Android 4.4 (5.0 will be in June), while the smaller and cheaper TAB 2 A8 gets a Lollipop at the start. Both tablets can have optionally LTE modems, while the prices of basic version will reach $129 and $ 199.
