MWC 2015: Will myPhone conquer Europe?

myPhone is presenting in Barcelona mainly smartphones from the new Infinity series – we have already talked about them and we will soon review them for you. These models are well known to us, but besides them at the myPhone exposition we found those that we are seeing for the first time.

One of the newest phones is a simple Flip 3G. This is a development of the previous model, enhanced with the 3G usage and an additional external display. Hammer Easy is an equally pleasant surprise. This is a reference to one of the previous models as well – but the construction is entirely new of course. The phone received a better camera and display, a new menu and a 3G usage. Still it looks as durable as its predecessor.

myPhone Hammer Infinity is equally tough. As its name suggests – this is a combination of two series that is a decent smartphone in a durable housing that fulfills IP68 standards. The phone has a MTK6752V/C CPU, 2GB of RAM and a battery with a capacity of at least 2200 mAh (but we do not know the final specification). myPhone Hammer has a 4.5-inch HD display, it will receive a 13-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The device supports DualSIM and LTE; it is possible that it will receive a wireless battery charging. The phone will be sold in three different colours’ versions – black, orange or green.

Another important novelty is myPhone Halo X. This is a touch future-phone for elders or for users less familiar with the modern technology. Though it looks like a smartphone – it is not one. It has an author’s interface with large icons and a simplified usage – still it looks more advanced than it actually is. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch display, a 2-megpaixel camera and a 1400 mAh battery that should last for at least a week. On the myPhone display there could not be omitted a phone thanks to which the company is known for. I am talking about the phone for elders, Halo 2. This is a “simple phone for calling” that lacks any unnecessary additions, with a simple VGA camera and a readable, large keyboard.

Connectivity was provided by T-Mobile network
