Despite the problems with the distance, the Internet and a language barrier, we managed to get some materials from the Chinese launch of the smartphone Honor 7. The greater part of the specification was known before, but now we have an official confirmation.
First of all versions: 4 variants with 16GB differ by according to technical things with the support of different networks and different frequencies. At the same time the presentation at the launch suggested the version without support for 4G networks, which the specifications do not confirm.
Additionally there is another version with 64 GB of memory. Other parts of the specifications are common to all varieties: HiSilicon Kirin 935 with a clock of 2.2 GHz and Mali T628 graphics, MP4, 3GB of RAM, a 5.2 inch TFT display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and Sony IMX230 camera with a matrix of 20 MP. At the front an 8-megapixel camera for self-portraits.
An important element of the device at the presentation was a fingerprint reader protecting Honor 7 against the interference by third parties, as well as a discussion of expanded voice services that allow you to control the search of places, persons, or individual smartphone options.
In addition to Honor 7 the manufacturer also showed the watch Zero designed by the Finnish design office and demonstrated the cooperation of Honor 7 with the handset BT charged directly via the microUSB of the smartphone. During the event on stage appeared the President of Huawei and celebrities, and the whole ceremony was maintained - as it often happens in the case of the Chinese launches - in a somewhat verbose and talkative style.
