On August 27 in London there was held the European launch of the smartphone Honor 7. The device will soon be available across the continent, in some countries you can now place pre-orders – in a promotional offer.
In some European countries Honor also opened its own online store through which you can order not only the latest model, but also the earlier smartphones. The shop is available in the UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. In these countries until the end of August you can order Honor 7 at a reduced price of 50 euro. The regular price of the device is 350 euro.
Is it worth? Honor 7 has a 5.2-inch IPS screen with a FullHD resolution and an octa-core Kirin 935 processor supported by 3 GB of RAM. On board we will find the 16 GB of internal memory (in real terms: less than 11 GB), as well as a 20-megapixel camera, the Sony IMX 230 with a lens aperture of f/2.0 and a dual LED flash. The 8-megapixel front webcam, fitted with a f/2.4 lens also has a LED flash. The software has the function"Painting with Light", promoted by Huawei (owner of the Honor brand) on the occasion of launch of the model P8.

Honor 7 is a DualSIM phone, one of the card slots is a hybrid - that supports either an extra SIM or a microSD memory card. The smartphone also has a biometric scanner (which could also be used to trigger the camera shutter) and an additional button which function you can define yourself, attributing to it three different functions (depending on how you are pressing the key). Honor 7 runs on Android Lollipop with the company's overlay EMUI with several practical extras (ie. Control gestures).
