Yesterday we have presented you slides that showed Nexus 6P. Today is the time for the second model, that is Nexus 5X from LG. The phone that is being prepared by LG will be officially presented this evening – but why wait, while we have all the data…?
If documents that can be found online are real – as the source claims - Nexus 5X from LG will be equipped with a 5.2-inch FullHD display, covered by Gorilla Glass 3 with an oleophobic layer. The heart of the smartphone will be a Snapdragon 808 2GHz CPU supported by Adreno 418 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The phone will be offered with 16 or 32GB of internal memory with Android 6.0 on board. LG Nexus 5X will have a 5-megapixel front camera with a f/2.2 lens as well, and a main camera with 12.3 megapixels, f/2.0 lens and a laser autofocus. The main camera will record videos in 4K. Dimensions of the smartphones are 147x72,6x7.9 mm and the weight is 136g. The equipment is complemented by a biometric scanner and a USB-C socket.
By the way, on the Androidpolice site I have found probable prices of new Nexuses. Nexus 6P 32GB is supposed to cost 499.99 dollars and the base version of the Nexus 5X (16 GB) model should cost 379.99 USD. These prices will of course be confirmed this evening…
