LG presents officially the new smartphone V10. Its distinguishing feature (beyond typical LG buttons on the back) is an additional small screen placed above the main display.

The second additional screen measures 2.1 inches and has a resolution of 160x1040 pixels. It operates independently of the home screen, displaying notifications and shortcuts to frequently used applications. When the main screen is blank, the secondary display called Second Screen displays a clock, a battery condition and the weather. The main screen of the phone, IPS Quantum Display covered common to both displays glass, has a diagonal of 5.7 inches and a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels.

The heart of LG V10 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, supported by 4 GB of RAM. All controls Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, collecting files in the internal memory of 64 GB. If for someone it is not enough, you can use a microSD card with high capacity - up to 2 TB. The phone supports LTE Cat. 6, also has WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC and a fingerprint reader. The approach used here for the first time Qualcomm TruSignal technology provides a stable maintenance of communications, optimizing the strength of signal amplification and switching between phone antennas. Power provides a removable battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, equipped with fast charging mode Quick Charge 2.0 - half the capacity in 40 minutes.

On the list of equipment you can also find a double, 2x5-megapixel front camera equipped with a wide-angle lens, covering the area of 120 degrees and the second, standard 80-degree. The rear camera has 16 megapixels, the lens has a brightness of 1.8 and has an optical image stabilization. Interestingly, it has a manual mode, which can be used also during video recording. Videos can be recorded in three resolutions — HD, FHD or UHD — and two aspect ratios — 16:9 standard or 21:9 cinematic. You can also register materials using all three lenses of the phone - it is called "Multi-view Recording". The phone also features a 32-bit audio ESS Technology and noise reduction.

The housing of the smartphone has dimensions 159.6 x 79.3 x 8.6 mm and its weight is 192 g. The mobile frame is made of steel, and the screen protects the Dura Skin technology. According to tests, the phone can withstand a fall from a height of 48 inches and is compliant with US MIL-STD-810G Transit Drop.

The smartphone will be available from October in Asia, Latin America and the US for the equivalent of 750 euro. It seems that LG has managed to create another original phone. The additional screen, dual camera to selfie, roomy, but removable battery - it can all be enjoyed. In addition to the "EXTRAS" - we have also very decent smartphone with the top specification. It's a shame that it will not appear for the time being in Europe... But maybe LG will smuggle us some of the new developments in future models ...
