BLU introduces to the US market, two new smartphones. Studio Energy 2 and Energy X are budget devices, but they are distinguished by high-capacity batteries. The phones can work up to three days without recharging, and the standby time reaches the month.

BLU Studio Energy 2 is more advanced of the two. The phone has received a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, Gorilla Glass 3, and a quad-core Mediatek MT6735 processor 1.3 GHz, supported by the ARM Mali 720 graphics and 1.5 GB of RAM. The phone has an 8-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front webcam, also has 16 GB of internal memory, which can be upgraded using a microSD card up to 64GB. The smartphone supports LTE network, it has also of course Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. An important advantage of the phone is the ability to use two SIM cards, but the most important feature is the lithium-polymer, non-removable battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh. All is managed by Android 5.0 Lollipop. The device has dimensions of 144 x 71.2 x 10.1 mm and weighs 176 g, while its price will be $ 180. You can choose the housing in graphite and white gold.

BLU Energy X is a simpler and cheaper design, with a 5-inch IPS HD resolution and a quad-core 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6580 processor with a gigabyte of RAM and Mali-400 graphics. In this model, you will not find an LTE module, but we still have DualSIM Dual Active operating on 3G networks. The rear camera offers an 8-megapixel resolution, but the front has unfortunately only 2 megapixels. A built-in memory is equally modest - 8 GB - but you can still take advantage of a microSD card and make an additional 64 GB. The phone is a little weaker parameters and therefore a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh, will give it working time similar to BLU Studio Energy 2. BLU Energy X with dimensions 142 x 70 x 8.9 mm and weighing 154 grams will be available for 110 dollars in gold and graphite colour version. Interestingly, this model - although cheaper and weaker - received Android version 5.1.
