According to the announcement, Meizu today officially unveiled a smartphone called Metal. As you might guess, the device received a metal housing... and a pretty good specification.
The back of Meizu Metal is metal, matte and could have one of five colours. The front creates a 2.5D NEG Dinorex T2X-1 curved glass, protecting a 5.5-inch LTPS screen with a FullHD resolution. The heart of the smartphone is a 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, supported by PowerVR G6200 graphics and 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone will be available with the memory 16 or 32 GB, which in both cases will be expandable with a microSD card. Unfortunately, you will then resign from the DualSIM mode. The phone has a hybrid slot - supports either two SIM cards, or one SIM and one microSD. Of course, each SIM card can work in the LTE network - but not both simultaneously.

Meizu Metal also has a 13-megapixel camera with dual-colour LED flash, a 5-megapixel front camera, as well as a biometric scanner hidden in the key "Home". The power supply provides a battery with a capacity of 3140 mAh. The phone uses the system Flyme 5.1, based on Android Lollipop. The dimensions of the device are 150.7 x 75.3 x 8.2 mm, and weight - 162 g. The phone was valued (depending on memory) at the equivalent of 150 or 180 euro.
