The Russian branch of ZTE announced three new smartphones from the Blade series: X9, X5 and X3. These are budget models - from the lowest and mid-range. All will go so far only on the Russian market, but it is possible that they will visit other countries, perhaps with changed names.
ZTE Blade X9 is the largest and also probably the best-equipped model among these three. It has a 5.5-inch IPS display with a FullHD resolution and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor supported by 2GB of RAM. The phone is also equipped with 16 GB of memory and a microSD card slot up to 128 GB and two cameras: 13- and 5-megapixels. The smartphone supports LTE network, has a 3000 mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner.

ZTE Blade X5 jhas a screen about half an inch smaller and unfortunately - a lower resolution - HD. In this model there is a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8 GB flash ROM. The phone has a microSD slot, a 2400 mAh battery and two 8-megapixel cameras. Cameras have a physical shutter button, resembling the shape and location of the fingerprint reader.

Blade X3 is very similar - in technical terms. It has the same processor, display and memory like X5, but it got a weaker, 2-megapixel front camera. It has however another major advantage: a large battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh, which resulted in a noticeable way on the size of the phone. Prices of smartphones are (after conversion), respectively, 277, 169 and 139 dollars.
