The smartphone has a 5.15-inch FullHD display and a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. There are different variants of memory. RAM can have 3 or 4 GB, and memory files can be stored in 32, 64 or 128 GB - but unfortunately without the possibility of expanding. Mi5 received a 16-megapixel camera with an optical stabilization, as well as a front camera with 4 million plus pixels. Mi5 supplies the battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, and the equipment has a fingerprint scanner and NFC. Mi5 prices start at $ 350.

Xiaomi Mi4s is theoretically placed in a little lower the hierarchy, but really it is in no way inferior to Xiaomi Mi5. The housing of Mi4S is somewhat more modest, but inside hides a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 808, 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory, expandable with a microSD card. There is a hybrid slot, so that the memory card can be replaced by an additional SIM card. In this model, as in Mi5 we find a biometric scanner, USB-C and fast charging. Xiaomi Mi4s also has an infrared transmitter, and the phone battery has a capacity of 3260 mAh. Mi4S costs the equivalent of approx. $ 260.
